Coronavirus in Singapore: S$ 6.4 billion support for affected business, families and agencies

Singapore government announced a set of measures worth more than S$6 billion to counteract the impact of the coronavirus outbreak, which has affected supply chains and the turism sector notably. The package is disaggregated this way: 

a. S$4 billion will be distributed to keep workers in jobs, support companies with their cash flow and supply additional help to sectors which are directly affected by the coronavirus outbreak.

b. S$1.6 billion named "Care and Support Package" to additionally help households with cost of living.

c. S$800 million will be assigned to support front-line agencies that are dealing with the outbreak.
